After graduating from university, he joined NTT, where he worked for 3 years before leaving to pursue a Master of Public Administration at the University of Pittsburgh in the US. Upon returning to Japan, he held marketing positions at Mazda and Fujitsu before launching his own social business. Currently, at Mojo Consulting, he provides consulting and coaching services to NPOs, local governments, and other organizations tackling social issues and community development.
