Summary
TED was established in the U.S. in 1984, to deliver “Ideas Worth Spreading” around the world.
Since 2009, TEDx (x = independently organized TED event) held in various places has reached 16,000 events, including 219 events in Japan.
TEDxSapporo started in 2012, and this will be our fourth conference.
